Representative Kopp, Chair of the Rules Committee, moved and asked                                                              
unanimous consent that the five-day notice requirement in Uniform                                                               
Rule 23(a) be waived so the Rules Committee can hear the following                                                              
today:                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 308                                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to unemployment benefits during a period of                                                               
     state or national emergency resulting from a novel coronavirus                                                             
     disease (COVID-19) outbreak; and providing for an effective                                                                
     date."
